Step One: Enable access from the athenaOne admin page
In athenaOne, click the Settings icon.
Under ADMIN, click Practice Manager.
In the left-side Task Bar, under PRACTICE LINKS, click Manage Certified API Access.
On the Manage Certified API App Access page, use the search bar to find Wrapped Health.
Use the toggle on the right to enable the app — blue means enabled.
When you flip the toggle, a pop-up appears to confirm — select Continue to proceed.
Step Two: Send a case to athena
Go to the Customer Success Community.
Create a case with athena as you normally would, and copy and paste the message below:
"Please send this request to the Platform Operations Support team to have the SMART on FHIR embedded app subscribed to our tablespace for Wrapped Health (0oa12i2ni7ooJVpjI298)."
You're all set. Reach out to your Wrapped concierge once the case to athena is resolved (often within 48 hours), and you'll receive account credentials. Welcome to Wrapped Health!
Step Three: Once the case is resolved, manage visibility settings in athenaOne
In athenaOne, click the Settings icon.
Under ADMIN, click Practice Manager.
In the left-side Task Bar, under PRACTICE LINKS, click Embedded User App Subscriptions
Choose Edit beside Wrapped Health
Ensure the Wrapped Health app is ON.
We recommend selecting Turn appON for all users; alternatively, you can select the users you would like to access Wrapped Health.
