What you can automatically write back
When you send a recommendation from inside athenaOne, two buttons appear on the confirmation panel:
Attach to Patient Chart: Save a summary of the products you recommended, your instructions, and the patient’s checkout link as a closed document.
Add to Patient Instructions: Add your instructions and the patient’s checkout link to the visit summary. This option is available when Wrapped is opened from an active encounter.
How to use these features
Send your recommendation as usual.
On the confirmation screen, click Attach to Patient Chart and Add to Patient Instructions.
That’s it! Wrapped adds a summary document as a consult note.

Not seeing the buttons? Your practice may not be enabled for write-back yet. You'll see the EHR Note box instead, which you can copy into the chart. Reach out to your Wrapped concierge in the chat at the bottom right.
