What a recommendation is
A recommendation is a curated set of products, along with your provider instructions and a delivery method. Products can be exact items, variant choices, or filtered options.
The checkout link
Each time you send, Wrapped Health creates a unique, cryptographically signed link scoped to one patient and one recommendation. The link carries no patient details in the URL, and your patient must pass a date-of-birth check to open it.
Delivery
Send the link by SMS, email, or both. QR codes and printable lists are also available for in-office handoff.
After you send
Pending: the link has been created and is being delivered.
Opened: the patient has opened their link.
Expired: the link has reached the end of its active window. Checkout links are valid for 30 days.
From History, you can track delivery and resend or copy a link.
