Provider Instructions: Adding patient notes with product recommendations

Add a short note so patients know exactly how to use what you recommend.

Written by Josh Channin

Provider instructions are the notes your patient sees with their recommendation, explaining how to use or care for the products.

Where they appear

Your instructions show on the patient's checkout page. They can also travel with a template, so a note you write once can be reused on every recommendation built from that template.

Writing them

You have two ways to add instructions:

Write them yourself. Type directly into the instructions field when you create a checkout. You have up to 2000 characters, so there's room for dosing, timing, sequence, and any cautions.

Let AI draft them. Click "Use AI-generated instructions" and Wrapped drafts a note from the product labels for you. The draft lands in the same field, where you can review and edit it before sending. Nothing goes to the patient until you send it.
